ANTHONY MA
Chief Executive Officer
With early career experiences in business development and management in the technology industry, Mr. Ma has successfully structured and launched a number of companies and projects in various fields since 2006.
Leveraging his management and investment expertise, Mr. Ma is responsible for setting the company's long-term visions, growth targets, and investment objectives.
Mr. Ma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis and a M.B.A. degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
ALAN CHANG
Chief Operating Officer
A successful multi-family investor for over 14 years, Mr. Chang has navigated large multi-family real estate portfolios through up and down economic cycles while maintaining a profitable return.
Originally an Artificial Intelligence major from UC Berkeley, Mr. Chang pairs his passion for optimizing and automating management systems with a M.B.A. degree from USC.
Applying his unique blend of experience and expertise to the multi-family sector, Mr. Chang continues to focus on leading and training teams to relentlessly improve all levels of assets and property management operations, resulting in industry-leading returns on investments.
JAMES YANG
Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Yang has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years and has successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of deals on various scales of assets.
Starting with an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science major from UC Berkeley, he applies his analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills to optimize sourcing, negotiating, and closing of deals and projects for Cube Equity Group.
With a passion for knowledge, and is an avid reader. He enjoys creating and developing long term successful partnerships. Mr. Yang brings to Cube a balanced approach of taking calculated risks, finding creative solutions, while mitigating risks with his cadre of experience.
